Hey Parents,

Do you find yourself yelling at your kiddos, having screaming matches, losing your cool, only the next day to feel bad about and beat yourself up for being a not so good example? Don't feel guilty, it is human. We all lose it sometimes, but the good thing is we realize it and can work to improve it. I am so guilty of this too. I have learned over the years that we as parents are the temperature gauge, We set the temperature for the room. In these heated emotional moments, we either turn up the heat in the room, or we cool it down and remain calm. To help me during these times I came up with a technique I want to share that helps me handle my EMOTIONS when my child is having BIG EMOTIONS. I knew it would have to be something that would force me to stop in the middle and pause and control myself. I called this method SssssssBE. I know you are probably saying what in the world is that. Check out this video to learn more!
