What qualifications do you have to be an ADHD coach?I am a professionally trained ADHD Coach, having completed comprehensive training from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved program, where I fulfilled all training and required coaching hours to specialize in ADHD support. In addition to this, I am a Certified Executive Function Specialist, equipping me with expertise in helping clients develop key executive function skills such as organization, planning, and time management. I am also a CTA Certified Life Coach, which enhances my ability to provide holistic guidance. These certifications and specialized training allow me to offer clients a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to ADHD coaching.

What is the cost of ADHD coaching services?Depending on the services selected, classes or workshops range from $27-$200. Group coaching from $200-$400. Individual coaching packages range from $700 to $1500 for the package of sessions. Payment plans are available for coaching packages.

How long does ADHD coaching typically last?The duration varies based on individual needs. Some may benefit from short-term coaching, while others may choose long-term support. A 2-month commitment is normally recommended.
