In addition to this, I am a Certified Executive Function Specialist, equipping me with expertise in helping clients develop key executive function skills such as organization, planning, time management, and focus. I am also a CTA Certified Life Coach, which enhances my ability to provide holistic guidance. These certifications and specialized training allow me to offer clients a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to ADHD coaching.
